1. About these terms
These terms explain the basis on which Whylo Events provides supplier introductions and, where separately agreed, event coordination support.
2. The role of Whylo Events
Whylo Events helps customers identify and connect with suitable independent event suppliers. Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, Whylo Events is not the supplier providing the underlying entertainment, equipment or event service.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate event information, including the date, venue, requirements, expected numbers and budget. A submitted enquiry does not guarantee supplier availability or create a confirmed booking.
4. Supplier responsibilities
Suppliers remain responsible for their own quotations, contracts, insurance, licences, equipment, safety, tax obligations and delivery of the agreed service.
5. Fees and payments
Any referral, introduction or coordination fee will be explained before payment is requested. A supplier or customer should not make payment unless they understand what the payment covers.
6. Bookings and contracts
A booking is only confirmed when the relevant parties have accepted the quotation or agreement and completed any required payment process.
7. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation terms may vary according to the supplier and service booked. Customers and suppliers should review the applicable cancellation arrangements before confirming a booking.
8. Personal information
Private customer and supplier contact information is not displayed publicly. Details may be shared when required to progress an agreed enquiry, introduction or booking.
9. Independent suppliers
Approved suppliers are independent businesses. Approval or listing does not make a supplier an employee, agent or partner of Whylo Events.
10. Complaints and disputes
Questions or complaints should first be sent to whyloeventsuk@gmail.com. We will aim to review the information and help clarify the position, but contractual disputes relating to a supplier’s own service may need to be resolved directly with that supplier.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
